Online Media stations will also agree to the following:

• Fake competitions will not be run.
• Pranks will not be performed.
• No advertising where permission is not granted.
• No encouraging of users to get idlers.
• No IDLER minimums for prizes, giveaways, or awards.
• No spamming users via private message with or without permission.

Any violation of this OMTS may cause your channel to be shut down pending investigative procedures if it is deemed necessary by the GameSurge Administration. Stations do not have to be warned before sanctions will be given. Sanctions could include suspension, unregistration, and/or administrative shutdown.
